	Mike has proprietary custom made stainless steel high output transformers specially wound to his specifications to provide greater power constants and load handling capabilities. The manufacturer provides a lifetime warranty and it is UL® 1838 rated for landscape lighting use.
	Do they understand how to load balance a low voltage system so all lamps are operating between 11 and 12 volts to maximize lamp brightness and lamp life?
	Mike Gambino figuratively speaking “wrote the book” on the technical aspects of providing proper operating voltage to the fixture by mastering the technical nuances of engineering a low voltage landscape lighting circuit. 	All work is backed by a written warranty. One year on system workmanship and all manufacturer warranties are honored on equipment we’ve installed.

	Do they use “sound” weatherproof wire connectors or problematic wire nuts or “quick connectors”?
	One of the most overlooked, often neglected elements of a low voltage lighting system that can be the highest potential of failure are wire splices. Gambino lighting uses a heavy duty virtually “fool proof” brass lug connector weatherproofed with a silicone impregnated heat shrink tubing that is guaranteed not to fail.
	Do they offer maintenance and repair service for the systems they sell?
	Nobody knows your system better than the person who installed it. Maintenance service is available on every system Gambino landscape lighting installs.
	Do they have a dedicated service vehicle stocked and set up to maintain or repair virtually anything that can go wrong with your system on the first visit?
	Gambino landscape lighting has a “landscape lighting shop on wheels”, a dedicated vehicle for outdoor lighting use only. All lamps and replacement parts are stocked on board for the fixtures we install so we repair or maintain your system on the first visit saving you expensive visits to the supply house.
	How long will it take to install your landscape lighting system and are there guaranteed completion dates?
	Most projects are completed on consecutive days and guaranteed on-time, with the exception of projects that run concurrent with and depend upon the completion of work by other trades. Weather related delays and acts of God excluded.
	Do they care enough to return after dark to aim and adjust their systems and to view their own work?
	All systems are aimed and adjusted either the evening of completion or shortly thereafter. Client's are present at this session to ensure complete satisfaction.
